LSC Nursing & Care Services are one of the most prominent complex care providers in the Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

We recognise your time is more valuable supporting our clients than travelling in your car. therefore, we can provide you with your agreed hours while supporting one or two clients per day.

The successful applicants will be placed within a friendly and supportive team to provide bespoke care. You will be provided with full training tailored to the client's individual needs and full ongoing support from our qualified nurse team and staff.

You will be allocated within two or three packages of care to allow continuity to both our clients and our staff. This will enable you to build a professional relationship with clients, their families and the professionals that are involved within the package.

We know that the care profession is a very rewarding career, but this also can come with its own challenges. We recognise that our staff require quality time off with their family and friends, and so we provide you with 33 days annual leave not the statutory 28 days as most companies offer.

You will be provided with a rota on a monthly basis to enable you to have a balanced working and home life.

Experience in a care setting and a clear DBS is essential. You also must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.

We have various hours available from 5 to 12 hour shifts, which include days, waking nights and night sleeps. You would be required to be available for work every other weekend or 1 day every weekend.

Once you commence work and complete your allocated rota for 8 weeks, we will pay you a £300 bonus!
After you have joined LSC Nursing and Care Services you will be entitled to be part of our Refer A Friend Scheme, where you could be eligible for up to a £300 bonus payment per successful applicant that you refer.
